Broker of Record
As Broker of Record, Kyle De Mattei brings a lifelong connection to real estate, construction, and investment to every client relationship.
He graduated with honors from Santa Clara University, where he studied Finance and Real Estate, served on the board of the Finance Club, and was an active member of the Real Estate Club. During his academic career, he studied under successful real estate developers and began investing in real estate while still in college.
His practical experience in the industry began even earlier. In high school, he worked for his family’s construction company, gaining hands-on exposure to every phase of the development process — from physical labor in the field to estimating, project coordination, and management support. This early foundation shaped a deep understanding of how real estate is built, valued, and executed at a high level.
After graduating, he spent his first four years in commercial real estate, participating in over $150 million in closed transactions and being directly responsible for more than $70 million in sales. During this time, he built his own client base and professional reputation, guided by his family’s long-standing tradition of high-quality service, integrity, and accountability.
His experience spans owning, operating, and brokering a wide range of asset types, including single-family homes, multifamily properties, and triple-net (NNN) investments.
He founded De Mattei Realty to bring together brokerage expertise with the deep operational and construction resources of De Mattei Construction, giving clients access to a more informed, strategic, and execution-focused real estate advisory experience.
Ester Van de Put
Director of Content and Marketing
Ester Van de Put is the Director of Marketing, bringing a globally informed perspective and a strong foundation in strategic and brand-driven marketing. She holds two Master’s degrees and has approximately five years of professional marketing experience, including roles at Fortune 500 companies, where she worked on brand strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Originally from Belgium, Ester moved abroad at 17 years old without speaking English—an experience that shaped her adaptability, resilience, and global mindset.
Alongside her marketing career, Ester is currently studying interior design, further developing her eye for aesthetics, composition, and human-centered design. This creative discipline complements her marketing work, informing a thoughtful approach to brand experience, storytelling, and visual identity.
Ester is known for her strategic clarity, cultural awareness, and ability to blend analytical thinking with refined creative sensibility—bringing intention and polish to everything she leads.
